This dynamic mixed-use infill building incorporates 40,000 square feet of retail, 60,000 square feet of office, and 300 structured cars on a 1.5-acre site. West Elm anchors the retail at the ground level, and Home Away’s corporate headquarter occupies the Class-A office space in the top three floors. During design, particular attention was paid to the surrounding uses in order to properly address scale and materials within a pedestrian environment.
