Nelsen Partners created the master plan for this 145-acre, 5.5 million square foot mixed-use development. The project is conceived as a city center with residential, office, retail, restaurant, hotel and civic buildings organized on an urban grid of streets with grand plazas, parks, and water features. The first phase of over 1 million square feet was completed in 2008 and includes 300,000 square feet of Class-A office space in seven buildings all designed to achieve LEED Silver certification. Elkus Manfredi Architects collaborated with Nelsen Partners on the design of the project. Nelsen Partners created the master plan and is the Architect of Record for the entire development.
